Does my website need to be accessible and ADA compliant?

Consider this: if your website serves the public, compliance is crucial. Imagine any website linking to government hubs or public sites in diverse sectors: finance, advertising, automotive, beauty, consulting, e-commerce, education, entertainment, events, food, healthcare, hospitality, IT, legal, manufacturing, nonprofits, real estate, social media, sports, travel, weddings—you name it! Whether you’re a startup or an established entrepreneur aiming to expand online, prioritizing accessibility is paramount. That’s where our CTI web design experts step in, collaborating with accessiBe’s AI-powered solutions. Unsure? No problem! Get in touch, and we’ll help you navigate the right path. How is CTI different from off-the-shelf website builders?

While some platforms are powerhouse players in website building – like Wix, GoDaddy Square Online, Shopify, and Weebly – they have all faced accessibility and ADA compliance challenges.

When it comes to ensuring your website is a superhero in terms of accessibility, consider CTI’s expert web design team and accessiBe’s AI solutions as your ultimate allies. Together, our dynamic forces collaborate to create websites that not only meet but exceed accessibility standards.

What are the potential costs associated with having an inaccessible website?

Financial risks:

The costs of website inaccessibility can be significant. Legal fines and web design fixes for ADA non-compliance can range from $35,000 to $75,000 or more, far exceeding the investment in our services, which typically range from $6,000 to $25,000. These fines pose a substantial risk compared to ensuring accessibility from the outset.

Business impact:

Moreover, accessibility isn’t just about avoiding fines; it’s about maximizing your business potential. An inaccessible website may lead to reduced traffic from search engines due to poor search engine optimization (SEO). This reduced visibility translates to missed opportunities and potential loss of business.

Our solution:

By partnering with our CTI Miami web design experts, you’re not just ensuring compliance; you’re joining forces with a team dedicated to amplifying your online presence. We rescue your website from potential legal penalties and open the doors to a broader audience, empowering your business to thrive and soar to new heights!

Are you eligible for the ADA Tax Credit?

Absolutely! At CTI Miami, we believe every business deserves a superhero-worthy website, and the ADA Tax Credit can help you achieve that! You are eligible for up to $5,000 in tax credits. To receive the maximum amount, you would need to spend $10,250 on CTI’s web design accessibility services. Here’s how it works: $250 is first subtracted as an expenditure, and then you are eligible to receive 50% back in tax credits on the remaining amount. Yes, this credit is available every year. So you can get premium CTI ADA web design and SEO marketing services with up to a $5000 credit as a major cost savings.

The ADA tax credit benefit is available to businesses that generated $1,000,000 or less during the year prior to filing or businesses that employ 30 or fewer full-time employees. This credit currently is only for USA businesses. We hope this will be available for all countries in the future.
